1.15.1 — Delete a web app that never got an address; no 500 on the framework update

A patch release with two admin-portal fixes: a web app stuck at "No address yet" can now be deleted from the portal, and the "update django-mojo" action no longer returns a 500.
Fixed
- Admin portal: a web app with no address ("No address yet" — what a half-finished onboarding leaves) can now be deleted. Its list row opens the management inspector (where Delete lives) instead of routing only to the address wizard, and Overview gains a "Set address" button so finishing setup stays one step away.
- Admin portal: the "update django-mojo" framework-update action no longer returns a 500 — it was leaking an internal
(row, replayed)tuple where a deployment row was expected.
Upgrade notes
- If that framework-update action showed a 500 on 1.15.0, the redeploy was in fact already requested and any version pin already cleared — the error came after the deployment row was created, not instead of it.
