Fresh managed nodes now materialize the pinned django-mojo deployment contract before project convergence, and their instance role can resolve the exact public AL2023 image parameter required by provisioning.

### Fixed

- Fresh-node stage 1 now renders the installed framework’s cron and systemd assets before project deployment, so a new node does not depend on artifacts from an earlier update.
- Managed node roles now receive only `ssm:GetParameter` access to the architecture-specific public AL2023 image parameter used by provisioning.
