MojoSec now keeps valid automated firewall work local-only when journald omits process metadata for the fast-exiting root broker.

### Fixed

- Root-owned firewall broker receipts now carry their Audit session and executable as fallback identity, preventing valid JobEngine firewall work from becoming central sudo events when journald omits short-lived process metadata. Trusted journal values remain authoritative and any disagreement still invalidates the proof.
