Replaces the hosted Bouncer slider with Continue and removes its retry cooldown, fixing the interaction blocking mobile visitors.

### Fixed
- Restore a standard Continue button for recoverable visits on hosted login, registration, and contact pages.
- Allow existing slider sessions to continue without waiting for old failures or cooldowns. Current risk restrictions and pass-cookie confirmation remain enforced.
- Refresh the hosted challenge script URL so cached slider code cannot break the updated page.

### Upgrade notes
- No database migration is required. Refresh any challenge page that was already open before the update.
