Adds a dedicated Assistant Setup page with automatic Sonnet selection and manual pins, fixes hosted invitations and CloudFront configuration updates, and corrects top-aggregation thresholds.

### Breaking

- Top aggregation now applies `_min_count` to row counts. Callers using it as an aggregate-value threshold must switch to `_min_value`.

### Added

- Dedicated owner-only Assistant Setup page for encrypted key entry and enablement.
- Automatic latest compatible Sonnet, manual model pins, and resolved model and catalogue freshness displays.
- Signed `_min_value` aggregation thresholds.
- Updated packaged Admin permission controls, avatars, detail cards, media settings and CDN actions.

### Fixed

- Top aggregation retains negative, zero, fractional and null-valued groups; nulls sort last.
- Hosted invitations open the set-password page directly and explain used or expired links.
- Enabling CloudFront preserves unrelated distribution configuration.

### Security

- Disabled accounts cannot redeem password-reset or invitation links, including during concurrent account disabling.

### Upgrade notes

- Enable automatic selection with Assistant policy model `auto:sonnet` and clear legacy model pins. Existing literal policies remain fixed.
- No database migrations required.
