Fileman now sends CloudFront the neutral settings it requires when adding a new CDN path or creating a distribution, while preserving existing live settings.

### Fixed
- When Fileman adds a new CDN path or creates a distribution, it now sends neutral settings for SmoothStreaming, field-level encryption, Lambda@Edge, and CloudFront Functions, plus an empty custom-headers list on new origins. Existing live paths keep their settings.
