1.39.5 — Admin adds the sub-group switch for system admins

The built-in Admin now ships portal-mojo 0.2.20. System admins get an on/off switch for whether an organization's own administrators may create sub-groups. Portal confirmations that need a fresh sign-in now use the configured hosted sign-in page.

Added

• Built-in Admin: a group's Sub-Groups section has an Administrators can create sub-groups switch for system admins (global groups or manage_groups). It uses the allow_member_subgroups Group action added in 1.39.4.

Changed

• The bundled Admin is now portal-mojo 0.2.20 (was 0.2.19).
• A Portal confirmation that needs a fresh sign-in now goes through the configured hosted sign-in page, and the MFA step loads only when a challenge asks for it.

Upgrade notes

• No migration and no Python API change; only the bundled Admin files are replaced.
